Mahira begins preparing her own halwa to compete against Preeta. She says that the Luthra family will decide whose dish was better.
Everyone enjoys Preeta’s halwa but don’t like the taste of Mahira’s food. Preeta goes secretly and tells Mahira how she made her own plan backfire on her. Rakhi announces to the entire family that they will have Preeta’s wedding reception that evening itself.
Next week, Karan asks Preeta what she mixed in her halwa. He says that his family doesn’t like her but they are planning her wedding reception too. Preeta tells him that the secret ingredient she mixed in the halwa was love.
