Preeta explains that it was necessary for her to consume poison to expose Mona.
She shares how this risk helped them get rid of Mona, which is beneficial for Mahesh. Srishti praises Preeta’s care for Mahesh and her affection for the Luthras. Daljeet and Srishti decide to guard Preeta as they assume Prithvi must be angry with her. Preeta leaves the room for a task and runs into Sherlyn and Natasha.
Sherlyn, who was upset with Natasha for being unable to protect Mona, lashes out at Preeta. Natasha questions Preeta’s authority and criticizes her actions. Preeta asks Sherlyn if Natasha is actually her real sister. She tells Sherlyn that Natasha’s behavior and her persona do not reflect the status of her younger sister.
