How to do Marjarasana-Bitilasan
1- First of all lie down on Yogamat. Now keep your palms directly under the shoulders.
2- Your knees should be directly under the hip bone.
3- After this, relax your feet and keep the feet flat, keep the fingers inside.
4- Take a deep breath and now release the breath slowly. Now breathe once again and pull the stomach down.
5- Now arch the back and move forward by looking up at the tailbone.
6- Now stay in this position for a while and slowly exhale.
7- Come in a relaxed posture for a while and do this asana back. You have to do this yogasana 10 times.
