How did the turning point come?

Mohini says that due to the busy schedule, I could not take out time for myself. Leave it alone to your fitness. However, the good thing is that during COVID-19, I was allowed to work from home, which gave me time to give myself.

How li diet-

  1. Breakfast- Poha / Idli / Upma / Besan Chila
  2. lunch- 2 multigrain roti, 1 bowl of lentils, salad and any vegetable cooked in less oil
  3. dinner- 1 bowl soup and salad
  4. Pre-Workout Meals- 4 to 5 overnight soaked almonds with green tea
  5. post workout meal any one seasonal fruit

Mohini says that I used to do 30 minutes of workout every day, which included 5 minutes of warm-up, then high knees, jumping jacks, crunches, squats or 40 minutes of brisk walk.

There is no shortcut to weight loss. Mohini, who believes in this, says that in terms of weight loss, never fall for a person who promises to lose weight fast.

How to motivate yourself

Mohini says that when I started losing weight, I felt very light and confident in myself. This is what motivated me all the time.

What changes did you make in the lifestyle?

To reduce obesity, Mohini first started walking and she also used to do yoga. Not only this, instead of masala tea, he started drinking green tea.
