Semolina – 2 cups
Sour curd – 1 cup
Onion-1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum-1 (finely chopped)
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
salt to taste
oil as needed
Mustard – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 tsp

How to make Suji Ke Appe –
1. To make semolina appe, first take semolina and mix curd in it.
2. After this finely chop all the vegetables.
3. Mix all the vegetables in this semolina.
4. After that leave it for half an hour.
5. After this, take special utensils of Appe and brush it with oil.
6. After that add semolina solution to it.
7. After this keep checking the appe whether it is cooked properly or not.
8. After that turn it over and cook from the other side as well.
9. Your tasty and healthy appe is ready.
10. Serve it hot.
