Ingredients for Chai Masala
- 3 tbsp clove
- cup cardamom
- 1 cups black pepper
- 2 pieces cinnamon
- cup saunth
- 1 tsp nutmeg powder
How to make Chai Masala
1 First of all, dry roast cloves, cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon in a non-stick pan on medium flame for about 1 minute.
Now put them in a plate and keep them and let them cool down.
3 Now when all the spices cool down, add dry dry ginger and nutmeg and grind them in a mixer.
4 You can grind it finely or slightly coarsely.
5 Now keep this spice closed in an airtight container.
6 Whenever you make tea, put a pinch of spice in a cup.
