‘International No Diet Day’ was first celebrated in the year 1992. This day was first celebrated by a British woman Mary Evans. Mary Evans started explaining to people that excessive dieting can have a very bad effect on their health.
In such a situation, to celebrate this day, Mary invited some of her relatives and friends to a house party. Since then, every year on May 6, people celebrate ‘International No Diet Day’. To celebrate this day, we organize a party at home and eat the food of our choice without any restriction.
