Fucare Gemini X electric bike comes with 89 km range, know price and features

Chinese e-bike maker Fucare introduced the Gemini X electric bike (bicycle) in the month of April. This fat tire e-bike comes equipped with powerful features and according to the company, it is suitable for urban and rough terrain. The Gemini X sports a trellis-style frame, which is claimed to provide tremendous strength to the e-bike. The top speed of Gemini X is 28mph (about 45kmph). It has a single charge range of 55 miles (about 89 km), but can be increased further with pedal assist.

The price of Fucare Gemini X electric bike is $ 1,899 (approximately Rs. 1,47,000). According to Gizmochina, it also has a step-through model that costs more.

The Fucare Gemini X electric bike is also a one-of-a-kind moped-style bike that can lift a load of up to 181 kg. The company says that its frame is made up of truss bridge and erector set, which give it strength. It gets two battery packs, one of which is placed in the middle of the frame and one is set vertically under the seat.

Both these battery packs together make 20.8Ah of capacity and give 55 miles of range to the electric bike. However, the range can be increased to 80 miles (about 129 km) through pedal assist. It is powered by a 750W rear hub motor, which can take the Gemini X to a top speed of 28mph. However, only through the throttle the top speed remains 20mph.

It gets a 7-speed Shimano transmission. Apart from this, it also gets spring front suspension, 5.3-inch color display and USB port. Hydraulic disc brakes have been used on both the wheels. The diameter of its tires is 20 inches.
